The Seva Hotel
Sevā, in Sanskrit, intrinsically refers to selfless services. Hence, the name “The Sevā Hotel” laying emphasis on the highest of services for our guests.
The hotel has adopted a Sustainable Policy, “Go Green & Breathe Clean” by implementing simple but effective good practice approaches towards saving water, energy and reducing carbon footprint through basic housekeeping, supporting rural community products, usage of locally available materials, green procurement, waste reduction, capacity building and awareness creation.
ROOMS
All the rooms offers an intimate seating area, tea and coffee corner, a working desk and a flat screen LCD TV. The en suite bathroom offers shower facilities and amenities. Rooms are spacious features hand tufted wool rugs, customized wooden furniture and floor to ceiling windows offering views of the city and the valley.

Child Policy
- Children aged 5 years and younger will be accommodated free of charge.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years will be accommodated with 50% discount on food only if shared room with parents
- Children aged 13 years and above will be considered as adult
- Children occupying their own room will be charged full adult rate
Payment Policy
- Anticipate an advance payment of at-least 20% of the cost at the time of room reservation
- Anticipate 100% payment for room confirmation
Room Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 30 days of arrival
- 50% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 20 days of arrival
- 25% refund applicable for cancellation made prior to 15 days of arrival
- 100% retention applicable for cancellation made within 14 days of arrival
