Child Policy
- Children aged 5 years and below are accommodated free of charge.
- Children aged 6 to 12 years receive a 50 percent discount on food only when sharing a room with parents.
- Children aged 13 years and above are considered adults.
- Children occupying a separate room will be charged the full adult rate.
Payment Policy
- An advance payment of at least 30 percent of the total room cost is required at the time of reservation.
- Full payment is required for final room confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- 100 percent refund applies for cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
- 50 percent refund applies for cancellations made between 20 and 29 days prior to arrival.
- 25 percent refund applies for cancellations made between 15 and 19 days prior to arrival.
- No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
