Amenity redefined, Sonam Tsokhang Resort is a three star resort with up to date facilities and excellent customer service. The resort is marvelously situated amidst the glorious land marks of Paro. The resort is located 4km away from main town of Paro. It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach the resort from the Paro international airport.
The breathing taking view of the profoundly attractive and sacred Tiger nest from the resort is commendable and most notably soothing. The panoramic view of culturally rich valley of Lango nestled among the colorful paddy fields below the resort and the view of majestic Sangachoekhor above the valley further add appeal to the resort.
Rooms
Deluxe and standard rooms. The resort has fully furnished and stunning 12 deluxe and 3 standard rooms. Spacious, bright, outward facing rooms and totally refurbished, these rooms comes with double bed or twin beds with cozy and comfortable blankets and mattresses. Each room is attached with modern and fully equipped bathroom. The rooms also have magnificent glass windows offering views of entire Paro town & the tiger nest.
RESTAURANT & bar
Multi cuisine restaurant & A la carte dinning. We serve Bhutanese, Chinese, Continental, Japanese, American and Indian dishes. The nostalgic restaurant in our prime resort evokes a deep sense of aesthetic calmness for every customer hence brings upon a worthwhile satisfactory at apex of what customer aspires and deserve.
A bar variety of international beverages as well as local beers and spirits are served in a cozy setting. Ask the bar tender to mix you a delightful cocktails, or try the local homemade rice wine also known as “Ara.”
