Gakyil is located centrally, next to a iconic Clock Tower in Thimphu. Right on the main road, with the Changlimithang stadium and archery grounds behind.

Gakyil has 40 deluxe rooms, consist rooms with modern amenities and bathroom fittings.
All guest rooms are decorated in Bhutanese style and equipped with private bathroom with bathtub, 32 inches LCD/LED television with 24 hour satellite programs, Telephone, WIFI, and well stocked mini-bar. Non-smoking floors are also available.

We do not have mini bar in rooms, TV is 32 and 40 inches, Morning breakfast is continental breakfast and also main course as per the guest preference.
Dine right in the middle of town overlooking the busy main street, Norzin Lam, of Thimphu. Get a feel for how locals go about their day. The restaurant serves both entire meals or just quick bites.
