Samden Norzin Restaurant is located at the base point with a spectacular view of the well-known and deeply revered “Tiger’s Nest” (Taktshang Monastery).

It is not just the welcome meals and hot tea/coffee after the challenging uphill trek but the spectacular views on offer that is at once relaxing as well as breathtaking.

We want our guests to feel at home and enjoy eating in our restaurant which is located away from the main town and can enjoy a panoramic view of “Tiger’s Nest” (Taktshang Monastery) at the top of the valley.

An open-air porch extends from the dining room, where you can welcome morning sunlight with your breakfast. Meals are prepared by our chefs skilled in traditional Bhutanese, Indian, Chinese, and European cuisine. We use fresh organic local ingredients with seasonal variations.

Our priority is to serve our guests to their satisfaction and to see them off with smiles and happiness so that they would remember us for a long time.
