About US
Mipham Guest House is owned by the Kharchu Monastery, which is located nearby and it is about 2 kms from the town. The Guest House is located on the side of a slope, in the pine wood, on the opposite ridge overlooking the town and Jakar Dzong.
Rooms: Rooms are all deluxe and twin with wooden panelled wall and wooden floor. All the rooms have attached bathroom and room heating system.
The guests could have pleasant stay with friendly staff and enjoy the glimpse of Chamgkhar town around through the large windows. Rooms are spacious and equipped with all modern amenities for comfort and convenience.
RESTAURANT & bar
The restaurant has a trained cook who takes guest’s dietary need into consideration, serving Bhutanese, Chinese, continental and Indian cuisines a la carte and buffet style. The dining room is large and has a huge bhukhari to keep it warm and bar attached within to serves local whiskeys and beers and a few foreign quaffs as well.

- We don’t let our guests to feel that they are away from their home. An individual is accepted and treated as family in our guest house. The town is very near and enjoy walk around and also the Kharchu Monastery just above the guests house.
- The panoramic view of Bumthang valley can be seem best from our Mipham Guest House, where includes the fortress (Jakar Dzong), Wangduecholing Palace, Chamgkhar town, Supreme Court and many other tourist attractions.
