Hotel Jakar View is located about 1.5 kms away from Chamkhar town at Jalikha village. The Hotel is set on a hill, overlooking the fortress (Jakar Dzong) on others side of the valley. The hotel is a family run business, though the hotel has additional staff trained in different sectors of industry. Experience the Bhutanese hospitality as you are welcomed with a cup of additional Bhutanese local drink (ara).
Rooms
The hotel has fifteen deluxe rooms, tastefully and elegantly furnished with wood panelled. Rooms are large and spacious with traditional architecture and modern interior which completes the experience for the guests who is sure to be pampered by professionally trained Bhutanese staff.
Windows are designed ideally over looking the river and guest can look through a beautiful surrounding with panoramic view of mountains.
RESTAURANT & bar
It’s special attraction is beautifully decorated restaurant using Bhutanese paintings. This generously sized restaurant serves Bhutanese, Chinese and Indian delicacies. One can witness an exclusive authentic Bhutanese meals prepared in a traditional way, on wood fire earthen stoves.
Bar here has an interesting collection of local & international beverages.
