Dorji Bidha Farm House is located just next to Drugyel Dzong, a great fortress of historical importance. The Homestay is some 14 kms from Paro town located at the end point of Paro valley. It is ideally situated in a serene location in harmony with nature.
The farm house is a traditional Bhutanese house with the toilet located outside the main house. Here hot water will be provided in buckets. The family runs a small Milk Processing Unit within the farm house.
They also own a 150 year old private monastery, which is about 50 m from the farm house. The monastery has been preserved under the family’s care for generations and it contains many secret deities and antiques.
