Phobjikha Resort

Phobjikha Resort, located at prime view of Phobjikha Valley, where one can witness the best-known marshland in the country, where Black Necked Cranes from the Tibetan plateau migrate during the winter season.

Phobjikha Resort is a traditional house approach for our guests to experience warm local Bhutanese hospitality.

The house has 24 rooms with very spacious shower and toilet. The rooms are all fully panelled with charming wooden floors and very good quality bedding materials.

Rooms are well furnished with attached bathrooms, meeting specifications prescribed by Tourism Council of Bhutan for international standard hotels. Our staff are well trained, eager to provide that extra care to meet our principle of adding value to our services, this makes us different. We have recognized that service is the most important facet of a hotel and have striven to ensure that we offer the best services.

Multi Cuisine Restaurant (A La Carte and Set Menus). The dining room with simple decor and comfortable furnishings invites you to sit for a steaming hot local meal. Most of the items served (vegetable and fruits) are grown in our own farm or purchased from the farmers in vicinity.

The food items served from the farmers are organically grown and harvested using traditional Bhutanese methods.
